A Safe and Quick Return to Work

Prompt initial treatment is provided in the clinic and the employee is kept in his/her job whenever possible. Specific instructions are given to the employer regarding the worker's modified duties and/or hours. Actual job duties at the worksite are used for work conditioning/hardening. We feel on-site work conditioning/hardening is the most effective and safest way to return a worker to his/her job. It also helps contain rehabilitation costs.
